§ Prepare the weekly and monthly construction reports discussing planned and accomplished construction activities, areas of concern, and suggest corrective actions / solutions.
§ Prepare progress reports and S-curves for some of the project’s specific activities – concreting, steel structure erection, equipment and piping installation, and others.
§ Monitor and report the daily activities and resources.
