Responsible for developing baseline project schedules for general contracting projects.  This includes Preconstruction planning and continues through construction of the project.  I help the project teams with monitoring and updating project schedules.  I assist our project teams with troubleshooting schedule / planning.  When delays occur, I help the project teams document the project delays and provide schedule delay analysis.  Responsible for developing and maintaining the schedule training program for our local office.  Our company
