Roles & Responsibilities:
- Thorough study of the contract documents / drawings to prepare a Master Plan / Schedule for the project using PRIMAVERA (P6/P3) within the given budget, manpower and time limits using CRITICAL PATH METHOD.
- Resource Loading / Leveling.
- Getting the Master plan approved.
- Updating the progress every week and comparing it against the Master plan / Target for submission to the client / consultant and to the management (Through “S-Curve”).
- Prepara
