 Monitor site work progress, ensuring mitigation of any issues

Coordination with sub-contractors, vendors

Sorting out discrepancies in quality / delivery schedules of material / equipment

Expedite submission of dossiers for the approval of completed works

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports (3 week look ahead schedule, 3 month look ahead schedule, productivity reports)

1.       Project Schedule preparation using Primavera P6 and MS Project 2010.

2.       Defining Project Scope, Execution Philosophy and Risks mitigation plan.

3.       Data collection and schedule optimization based on functional progress reports.
