Working with SBG as a Planning & Cost Control Engineer in Head office on a various mega projects.Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.



Responsibilities:     

     Construction Schedule for Projects in Primavera (P3, P5,P6,P7).

     Work on Base Line and Up – Date Program

     Create & Operating Progress Monitoring System.

     Established weekly/Monthly Reporting System.

Responsible for the planning and scheduling of the pre and post construction activities for the PMCM (Project management & Construction Mangement Department). Reviewing and evaluation of Design, Tender and Construction program submissions. Monitoring and coordinating to ensure that work remains on schedule. Overseeing, recording and reporting of actual project progress versus the planned work milestones. Advising and assisting the design consultants and contractor in the development of the work programs.

·            Working closely with the Project Manger & Construction managers as required in implementation of procedures, system and reports for project status including budgets, expenditures, schedules, and project progress and forecasts Conducting Feasibility Studies.

·            Preparation of Interim Claim based on (Window analysis /Impacted as plan method).

My Current Role is Projects Control Manager, i'm responsible for following up different projects in diffrenet countries.
