·         Planning and Cost Control Engineer for Industrial Projects in Libya

I prepared and monitored; Work Programs for Railroad Bridge, Dam, Pump Station, and Pipeline projects in coordination with sites. Furthermore I studied cash flow and financial standing of the projects in cooperation with the finance department and periodically reported the work to the head management of the company.

• Preparation of construction programme with respect to the scope and project requirement
• Deploying the resources at site as per Activity Resource productivity

Establish and manage effectively a planning and progress control system in order to support the Project Manager's decision-making process and allow him to complete the project according to the internal baselines and in compliance with the contractual dates and requirements. Ensure any deviation from plan is promptly spotted and analyzed, final time impact is estimated and the effect of corrective actions taken is monitored. Create a schedule awareness atmosphere among all project participants.
