Business Manager of the project. Responsible of Project Controls, HR, Procurement & Subcontracts, Finance & Accounting, IT and Camps. Had a team of ca. 470 people (peak). Project contract was 830 million Euros. 36 million m3 of excavation, 25+ bridges, twin tunnels of 5.5km (each), 3800 people at peak.

Responsible for all Project Controls related functions. Had a team of 3 planners, 5 cost engineers and 1 cost technician. Project contract was 830 million Euros. 36 million m3 of excavation, 25+ bridges, twin tunnels of 5.5km (each), 3800 people at peak.

Stayed until close-out of the project, worked in claims against client and claims from subcontractors, helped close-out of subcontracts and preparation of project final report.
