Planning manager for a project management joint venture company working on 7 major projects in Kuwait. Working with other team members including project managers to provide a comprehensive planning function for all projects. The projects were upwards of $100m, including a beach resort, 55 storey office and 15 storey hotel complex, World Island Australia, and standalone hotels and office developments.

Working as a design and site engineer for a Leading consultant office delivering engineering services to local market. As a design and site engineer my tasks included structural design, structural drafting, and site supervision. I worked in different types of projects such like Administration and Residential building, Hospitals, Resorts,etc.

·       Development of Pre- Contract and Post- Contract Program Schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, Project Execution Plan and Method Statements

·       Coordinate with Project Team, Commercial dept., Engineering dept., Procurement dept., to prepare PM Budget, Project Cash Flow and Histograms, Information Required Schedule, Engineering Schedule, Material Submissions and Procurement Schedule

•     Installation of all types of electrical conducting, LV Panels, MDB, SMDB, DB, and wiring for lighting circuit, power sockets outlet, isolator’s outlet, circuit breaker, FCU and thermostat outlet, socket system, building lighting, highway lighting, etc.

•     Installation and piping of automatic control system including sensors, controller, water level control system, fountain sequencing control system, telephone outlet, intercom outlet and panel, TV outlet, audio/video, camera, security systems, heat and smoke detectors.
