Job Description/Scope of work:

·         Responsible for technical supervision of building construction works, ensuring approved work          methodology is being followed and implemented by the subcontractors.

·         Joint Inspection with the client representatives together with our subcontractors at each phase of work.

Development of Micro Level Plans based on Project’s Master Schedule.

Project Scheduling & Sequencing of various activities using Primavera.

To Prepare Monthly Program/Targets for Execution of Works.

To update the progress on Weekly basis & trace out the delays.

            To Prepare Weekly & Monthly Reports, Cash Flows & Financial Progress Report.
