Residential Builings

·          Responsible for increasing the company client’s network across the private and public sectors through registration of the company in their system and facilitating the opportunity to bid for new projects

·          Establishing and developing a new division in Real Estate utilising expertise in the residential sector and creating robust industry missions and aims

Key Responsibilities:    

·   Review of tender program during bidding phases.

·   Sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication.

·   Continually assess ongoing processes to identify areas for potential improvement. As required, participate in initiatives to improve processes (i.e. participate in working groups).
