- Provision of detailed construction schedules (RC structures and services);
- Provision of detailed pre-construction reports covering site logistics, health and safety issues, phase diagrams, management of plant, labour and materials;
- Active participation in design co-ordination meetings involving structural engineers, architects, local authority representatives, contractors and the client; and
