Refinery Turnaround

Turnaround Planning:

- Preparing the organization structure, overall planning and scheduling,

- Preparing work list, work package guideline for all parties.

- Prepare procedures related to TA such as, Co-ordination guideline, document numbering guideline, etc.,

Turnaround Scheduling, using Primavera P6:

- Built and manage Master Schedule Integration,

- Instruct Contractor to built their schedule and integrated to Owner Master schedule,

Worked in Planning and Scheduling in the Refinery and Petro Chemical Industry since 1979/1980.  The past 5 years I have been a Contractor Coordinator for a Power Plant.  I am presently getting back into P6 Scheduling of Turnarounds and am pretty rusty at it.  I intend on using this web site to re-aquaint myself with P6.
