Scheduling & Planning of all Project Existing or Forthcoming . ◘ As well as creation of Internal Master Schedule including all Projects. Internal Program Development of Resource Tracking and Management Overview in Hours and Cost.◘ Maintaining Control of All projects. Reports and combined reports setup. Individual Program Hours/Work over time Reports and Combined Cost, Work, Resource efficiency over expected period Reports.◘ Set up of Tender Program/Documents required from planning.

• Duties include developing comprehensive project programme (Target Price, Secondary Baselines and Construction programme) for the framework projects (Enhanced Track Replacement, Pit block, Life extension, Tunnel Refurbishment) using P3e, incorporate resource and skills planning to accurately report cost of work done and cost to completion, Cost loading, materials planning, cost estimating, earned value (EVA) forecasting, reporting and identifying critical paths and develop and implement action plans to maximize project quality.

• Overall Primavera (P6) planning, development and monitoring of Master project schedules and reporting processes for 270km freight line linking Ruwais to Shar gas field projects covering the phases of Concept through to Detail design and construction. This role was initially based in London and now involves travelling to Abu Dhabi.
