Involves in Planning & Controlling Activities.

• Formulate Master Plan Schedule, at all stages of the project lifecycle, from design and through to completion using primavera project planner through resources loading, including engineering, procurement and construction, in coordination with project team.
• To coordinate with engineering and procurement department project teams to achieve optimum development and sustainment of project schedules.
• Monitoring critical activities based on the project schedule and report to management
• Interfacing, coordinating with subcontractors when needed, reviewing subcontractors

LEAD PLANNER

I am currently working as Lead planner in Parsons & Brinckorhoff for Qtar Rail project at Doha Qatar.

Qatar Rail project is a multi billion dollar project .

I am responssible for Programme analysis, progress monitoring, delay analysis, Overall progress analysis for Tunneling & Station construction progress.

Use Primavera 8.2 ,TILOS as programming software.
