ADevelop and update Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Code of Accounts (CCA), project-specific Cost Control Procedures, Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)

ACreate the Project First Budget from tender estimates and monitor the cost booking to respective Cost Centers

AEstablish the project controls function of for all projects in terms of planning/scheduling, cost estimating, cost budgeting, cost control, change management and progress and performance management.

1. Management, planning and controlling of construction projects with the target, to deliver customer projects within time and budget.
2. Support the project manager and to execute the effective delivery of the project.
3. Support with Project Manager Finance and logistics the commercial and contractual project management.
4. Support project schedule on time execution.
5. Preparation of Level III & Level IV execution schedule.
6. BOQs & project Man-hours analysis.
7. Preparation of 4-weeks & 3 months look ahead schedule based on work

• Develop & establish work breakdown structures.
• Definition of scope and planning the requirements for the project.
• Develop & maintain detailed project schedules in line with contract requirements.
• Progress measurement system definition and implementation.
• Progress and cost monitoring and control.
• Progress and cost reporting structure development and reporting.
• Continuous scope verification and productivity calculations to pin point any deviations.
• Prepare remedial measures and revised plans including the cost impact for any
