I am Working as Planning Engineer in DinSons Constructors.Engineers Since 2010 .
Area of Responcibility is to make work Shedule , set mile stone and tracking them periodically as meet the targets and project goals.
Under direct supervision of Country Director / Chief Technical Advisor of Programs; I was responsible for assisting UNOPS in the Programme planning, Programs budgets preparation and Financial Management & Controls set up for the projects across the Afghanistan.
Budgets & Programme Planning
• Programme Management with relation of budget, milestones/targets achieved and comparison with Plan Vs Actual expenditures. • Participate in meetings with donors on EOT claims and budgetary issues. Contracts Management, Cost plans and prepares budget performance reports.
