I was part of a core team of individuals that was site based. The project was multi disciplinary, design, procurement, fabrication and erection of piping, civil works, structural steel fabrication and erection, electrical and instrumentation erection, in the petrochemical industry. Using Primavera software, I helped to compile & update level 3 schedules, providing weekly, as well as monthly reports for Management meetings. The compilation of graphs for progress measurement, indicating the earned man-hours versus the planned man-hours.

Employed as lead planner reporting to Project controls manager.
Overseeing of construction contracts for civil works, under ground services, structural steelwork, field fabricated tanks and the construction of a new cooling water tower.
Review and compilation of submitted Compensation events for Project managers assessments and Early warning matters as required by the NEC.
Progress monitoring, Issuing of Early warnings to Contractors and Employer.
Contractor interfacing and scheduling of early requirements.
