Reparation of clause 14 programs, recovery programs, crash/anticipated programs etc. Understanding the scope of the project in order to prepare Construction Program for the project with proper logic and flow of the work in order to meet significant / contractual milestones, (detailed, baseline, recovery, time impacted, level 1 to level 6 programs). Update the PM of the current Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI). Orchestration of the PC staff to meet the needs of the Project Manager with a customer service oriented approach.
