Creating/maintaining/updating an EPC for a subsea project, producing necessary reports for project team and client.

Creation and maintaining a schedule for the subsea installation portion of the project, incorporating pre-installation surveys, installation and various boats involved.

Software used         Primavera P3, Microsoft Windows.

Preparing programmes covering the Engineering and Installation phases of various subsea installation projects and bids, encompassing building detailed CPA networks covering all work elements, development of supporting Cost, Time, Resource ( CTR) sheets to identify resource requirements, analysis and reporting programme information to both Clients and Senior Management.
