- Prepare project master schedule and project detailed schedules.
- Monitoring and Controlling of the integrated schedule of all project activities including Civil, Mechanical and Electrical during the construction phase.
- Prepare reports on Baseline vs Current Schedules plus analysis on forecast for weekly progress report to the top project management team.
- Interface with Engineering, Construction and Commissioning activities to align activities according to plan
- Preparation of float and critical path analysis
