Offshore and Onshore Windfarm Projects

Work with Project Managers and Project teams to develop and maintain detailed, integrated and resourced master programmes  reflecting all project activities with relevant key dates and milestones to aid analysis and reporting.

Monitor and report overall project progress status, achievement of milestones and analyse project performance in relation to planned performance.

Assess and communicate schedule impact of project change control notifications and schedule impact of
