• Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects

• Used in-house controls systems to measure progress of engineering work packages to ensure budgets and schedules were being met and take necessary corrective action where required

Working as Lead Planner on a 2500MT Wellhead Production Platform Fabrication Project including offshore installation and HUC. Involved in the project from tender stage, currently in steel fabrication phase.

• Construction Planning and Scheduling (Resource & Cost Loaded Master Schedules) using PRIMAVERA 6 & MS PROJECT 2010
• Identification, monitoring& streamlining of critical paths running through the Project Schedule.
• Using Earned Value Calculations to monitor project status.
• Analysing Trends and development of early warning system.
• Developing Budgets that lead to the establishment of a cost/schedule baseline.
• Resource and cost management using MS PROJECT & PRIMAVERA.
