General responsibilities: preparing the projects’ plans, regarding time management, resource management, risk management (just high-level) and sometimes cost management; preparing the actuals and updating the plan; analyzing and reporting the performance; preparing weekly list of planned activities for site engineers; finding high-level issues in sites and reporting them to CEO for resolution; helping the project managers focus on critical activities; preparing the prolongation claims;
