Responsibilities handled:

• Coordination with clients, consultants and sub contractors (Civil, Architectural & MEP).
• Preparing budget and construction schedules with respect to available resources.
• Quantity analysis of materials like steel, cement etc.

IESA - Internacional de Engenharia is a large project engineering corporation. The Montreal Corp. bought it from Morrison-Knudsen to perform major national and international private, semi-public and governmental projects. Many years later it was sold to other group and underwent a major restructuring.
