Managing Project Controls Function

As a Manager of Project Controls for AECOM’s responsible for overseeing project controls staff including coordinating with key stakeholders across AECOM in the development and implementation of project control standards, procedures and protocols to ensure alignment and consistency; providing direction, guidance and training for staff development and in expanding the scope and visibility of project control services to AECOM’s internal as well as external customers.
