Started a new department. Accountable for all shutdowns, project planning on all power stations

Ø  Finalization of Scope of work

Ø  Preparation of detailed integrated Level IV Plan using Primavera.

Ø  Estimate manpower, spares/material in consultation with Execution and maintenance engineers

Ø  Responsible to analyze schedule status, physical progress, man-hours consumption, productivity, network logic, work sequence and three weeks and Four months look ahead plans.
