• Preparing detailed construction programme and identification of constraints, key
milestones and critical path.
• Preparation of engineering deliverable schedules and Procurement Planning.
• Defining Key Performance Indicators.
• Monitoring the progress and updating the schedule with the actual progress.
• Analysing various package subcontractor’s programme with reference to main contactor’s
programme.
• Preparation of comprehensive monthly and weekly reports for client and corporate
management.
• Training and leading junior plan
