Key Responsibilities

• Update schedule in weekly basis
• Producing look ahead programme
• Supporting the Senior planner by providing accurate levels of progress, monitoring and managing change control process and baselines, and ensuring general accuracy of information in P6 in line with internal standards and procedures.
• Analyze critical path to determine changes to schedule
• Gather / analyse the programme update information (physical % and end dates) to help updating programme.

Roles and Responsibilities: Currently managing and updating TF1021 – Ealing Common Depot – Civil Works Package – Construction Programme, TF1023- Ampere Way Retaining Wall Works Construction Programme.

Producing a fully detailed, resourced and cost allocated programme from project inception, monitoring progress against programme throughout the project lifecycle, and producing reports for use by both the project teams and senior management on the current London Underground Station Modernization Programme. I was involved in Planning all BCV (Bakerloo, Central and Victoria lines) and SSL (all other lines except Jubilee and Northern Lines).
