Planning and Scheduling Manager working on Venues of the 2012 Olympic Park.

I was responsible for administration of the Programme for the Olympic Stadium and the Aquatics Centre.  This included managing the programme for the NEC, reporting performance from the contractors programmes running risk analysis of the programmes and integration with other projects on the Olympic Park.

March – May 2007: EC. Harris, London, UK. Successful prosecution of a major infrastructure tender for the 2012 London Olympic Games site using P3e to co-ordinate data from multiple disparate joint venture members to produce the final bid programme. The client was EC Harris and the task involved representing the LVU (Lee Valley Utilities) joint venture bid for the design and construction of the London Olympic Park utilities.
