·  Review and evaluate the effectiveness of planning and scheduling information collected from project teams or Contractors and advises of significant exceptions to proposed and recommends corrective actions.

·  Record all projects variations (VOR) and study their impact on the project cost and time.

·  Prepare and discuss all Extension of Time claims (EOT).
