Light Railway Transit (LRT)

Senior Planning Manager for Phase 1 of Jakarta’s Light Rapid Transit system for the Asian Games comprising 6km of light rail track, 6 stations, depot, stabling, workshop.  Liaising closely with all subcontractors, clients and authorities to ensure the achievement of all deadlines.

• Planning a construction in central reservation/median of major arteries in Jakarta with all associated problems
• Managing and coordinating day to day activities of 6 members of staff

Responsibilities the overall implimentation and execution of the programme and programe control system and providing interpretative and predictive analysis of progress and correction actions.
Proven ability to define and develope a systamatic process for planning scope,monitoring progress ,determining status,assessing trends and impacts managing change, and forcasting results to support timely management decesion.
