• Provided planning support to project management team. • Updated the progress of the work and prepare reports on scope and schedule of work done in accordance with cost data. • Produced Earn value analysis to evaluate project performance and predict final results of project to project management team using P6. • Prepared the analysis for work scope comparisons and scheduling criteria between multiple projects using P6. • Generated critical path analysis on all projects and normalised the project schedule. • Compared the logic between the baseline schedule and the current schedule.
