Key Deliverables:

• Provide planning interface to all internal departments associated with the project.

• Elaborating Level-3 project schedule using Primavera P6 & TILOS and identifying the Critical Paths based on planned logic and float analysis, notifying the critical activities and risks to managers.
• Developing and updating periodically S-Curves, Manpower Histogram loading curves for all

• Baseline ScheduleAnalysis / Control to ensure proper Scope/ Integration/ TimeManagement of the project in relation to the contract documents.
• Progress Monitoring, Updating Schedules, Computing Variance and suggesting remedial actions.
• Generation / Updating of Progress S-Curves.
• Tracking status of Submittals and Approvals for Drawings, Materials & Sub-Contractors.
• Preparation of Progress Report (Weekly & Monthly)
• Correspondence to client, consultants & contractors relevant to schedule in accordance with Specific /

• To prepare technical input for a pre-qualification or tender. Preparation of method statements programmes and progress updates at contract stage, as may be required by the project’s management.
• Responsible for the preparation of all programmes and histograms necessary for the accurate preparation of a tender. Preparation of various and necessary schedules of items for inclusion in prelims costs.  

• Design report forms of all sorts as required for progress reports on all aspects of the project.
