check plans, drawings

Check materials and work procedures as per required specification

liaising with the consultants,clients and subcontractors

day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force

preparing reports as required

Project Progress Monitoring and Control.
Coordinating Project activities with Work Package Managers and Subcontractors, to move on with initial plan and continuous updates to meet the project requirements.
Help decision Makers to take their right decisions about any change or variation needed to accomplish project goals and scope within time scale and budgeted cost.
