• Preparation of the Master Schedule.
• Co-Ordinating the Weekly schedule with internal departments inorder to achieve the weekly target.
• Co-Ordinating with Clients regarding the schedule & progress
• Updating & Tracking the schedule.
• Responsible for Weekly & Monthly reporting.
• Preparation of Two weeks & 90 days Look ahead schedule.
• Preparing detailed Sub-contractor & Procurement plan.
