Summary of my responsibilities are:
Implementation and Monitoring of PCOS (Project Completion system) at Karimun yard for Kaombo Topsides fabrication project.Coordinate all the activities necessary to develop and manage the project management informationsystems, in compliance with projects requirements and Company procedures.Establishing PCOS system with approved ITP.Monitoring the inspection report received from the QC inspectors ,uploading all the quality certificates for various discipline to the PCOS system.Coordination and communicate information with counterpart working in PCOS at SSPL
