- Monitoring of the programme and re-planning - if needed – during the project life cycle.
- Prepare, review and issue daily, weekly and monthly reports as per the contract and the required internal reports to Project Manager (PM) and/or management to highlight areas of concern, programme slippage and project performance indices (KPI).
- Prepare two weeks look ahead schedule and distribute to construction team and follow up / support to achieve it.
