v  Major Responsibilities include Planning and Scheduling of Ruwais NGL Train 4 Project. 

v  Preparation of Level I to Level III EPC Schedule of the Project.

v  Preparation of Risk Analysis Register and Mitigation plan for critical activities.

v  Preparation and reporting of EPC Progress Summary and Updation.

Preparation and Progress Payment Invoicing based on Work completion at WBS Level

• Managing Project Operations with a view to achieve timely accomplishment of targets within the Scope, Time & Cost parameters.
•  Assisting the Project Managers / Employers representative to Co-ordinate the Progress meetings, Co-ordination meetings with the Project Stakeholders & Preparation of Reports (Periodic reports, Planning Formats, Project Status and Progress)
• Ensure clear understanding and adherence with planning procedures, standards and objectives & preparing the Project Control Procedures (PCP).
