As Manager Project Services - Program, I was accountable for the process, procedures, systems and people for the program of work in Potash - covering estimating, scheduling, project controls, cost control, reporting.

As Manager Project Services for the Jansen Stage 1 Project, I managed the estimating, scheduling, project controls, cost control, reporting for the project during a study phase.

I am currently the Head of Project Services for the Potash business. I manage a team of sub-functional specialists in estimating, planning and scheduling, cost engineering, project controls and reporting for the projects in this Business.
