Provide planning support for Vacuum Vessel project team (March 2011 - February 2012), Remote Handling project team (March 2011 onwards), Test Blanket Module project team (February 2012 onwards) and Cryoplant team (November 2012 August 2013) in terms of development (including Inter Project Links (IPL's) Schedule Management Plan (SMP)), update, analysis of critical path, resources and processes of main detailed working schedule (DWS), schedule related communication with ITER IO and suppliers, assessment and evaluation of suppliers schedules, progress reporting, resource allocation and analysis,
Project Officer, in charge of the time and risk management of the Operation of a tokamak : TORE SUPRA.
Prepare WORK BREAKDOWN STRUCTURES (WBS) & initial network of activities in consultation with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for project programme in Primavera P6.
Prepare master/baseline schedule for the project & and review the schedule submitted in the bid and prepare the detailed baseline schedule (L1 to L4) during design and construction stages for the project.
Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports based on data captured during execution on weekly/monthly basis.
During the period 2006 – May 2007 I was on part-time secondment in the capacity of Lead Scheduler for the EFDA Planning Group in Barcelona prior to the establishment of the European Legal Entity, F4E.
My role focused on the establishment of the European Union planning and scheduling infrastructure in support of the ITER project, definition of policies and procedures and the development of the set of European schedules for procurement based activities.
