This project was a €15m new build project, which was a concrete cast-in situ office development with basement car-park. Acted as the assistant site engineer, undertaking duties similar to the Construction Management duties listed under the Chiswell St. project.

The development also includes a 2 storey underground car park. The development is located on a brown field, tidal site and included post-tensioning in the basement design. My involvement in this project was from the start of Post Contract through to Handover.
