1. Preparation of project baseline followed by look ahead schedule, accelerated schedule and recovery schedules.
2. Time control of Construction sites during execution.
3. Preparation of various project control reports which include management review presentations, progress reports, productivity analysis, and schedule and cost performance indexes.
4. Initiation or responding to all planning related correspondence to consultants and subcontractors.
5. Assisting contract manager in Extension of time claims.

Project Undertaken: Infrastructure Development works for the Jaber Al Ahmad City project N1 & N3. The proposed area of the project is 982 hectares that will accommodate approximately 5700 dwelling units of Kuwaiti foundation.

Work included Planning, Scheduling and Controlling of the whole project to meet the objectives managed by senior management. Prepare various schedules and reports for Management and clients on the revision to all scope, estimate and schedules. Quantity Calculations, Technical tender evaluations. etc.
