Develop project master plan with contractors and implementing project master schedule updating. Weekly / Monthly progress report preparation reported to Project Control Manager
lead the project planning on a large project, train planning personnel within the project and develop medhodology and procedure tailored to clients special requirement including to work closely with claim team for schedule impact analysis with forensic schedule intensive skill.
Ü Currently associated with Chiyoda Oceania, Perth (Australia) – as a Claims Delay analyst, engaged in Forensic planning, contract review, risk analysis, forensic planning (using Primavera 8.3) and critical path analysis report for extension of time claims.
Ü Significant experience in Oil & Gas and Infrastructure Projects where responsible for Project control, Forensic planning, Resource management, Risk management and Change management.
