HS2 Utility Diversions

Contract Planner for Arcadis on the HS2 DJV Stage 1 C3 Civil Engineering Scheme Design Programme and the DJV Stage 2 Critical Utilities Detailed Design Programme.  Organised and chaired the DJV Utilities Programme team meetings and attended weekly client Programme Integrity meetings.  Submitted monthly programme updates to EK’s Project Controls team and performed strict activity logic maintenance to ensure the accuracy of the key IDR, UIDR and UFDR dates in both the Civil Engineering and Utilities programme.

Senior Planning Consultant, part of the PMO Team responsible for HS2 Schemes with Utility Diversions. Work within the established multiple client environment. Responsibilities include maintain and improve allocated schemes, assist wider PMO and the client team by creating various P6 and Excel reports both periodic and on an ad hoc basis.
