HS2

Major Projects PMO manager.
Responsible for the development and implementation of PMO processes to support National Grids UK portfolio of major projects.
Supporting the Senior Project Manager (SPM is the internal customer) to deliver a programme of works. Providing assurance back to the business that the programme isn't being delivered.

Programme Manager for Arup's Role as Environmental Oversight Consultant on HS2 - £34bn Rail project. This project consisted of over 15 contracts put together to deliver the Public Consultation and subsequent Hybrid Bill. Arup's role as the EOC was to manage the technical aspects required to deliver the Draft and Final Environmental Statements for this stage of the project.

I was lead construction planning engineer for the northern region on HS2 working on behalf of HS2 for the development partner CH2M Hill.

HS2 Phase 1 - Construction Expert

The Construction Expert role is within a small Project Development Team tasked with:

· Identifying and Specifying key construction documentation.

. Assessing and recommending assigned responsibilities for document production. 

. Specifying and assessing the resource requirements for the development of the project documentation.

HS2 Lot1b London Metropolitan - Construction Planning Manager

The Lead Planner role includes the management of a construction team dealing with:

·  The production of Primavera P6 programmes for the London Metropolitan section.

·  The production of Community Forum Area planning reports and design documents relating to constructability.
