Working since August 2012, I have been involved in various projects spread across the Kingdom. Our company mostly deals in the projects related to the government and the armed forces.
Planning many housing projects including time planning, cost planning, resource planning and finantial planning
As Head of Planning & Controls at Target Engineering - Abu Dhabi, I was responsible to oversee all project planning operations such as preperation of Baseline Programs, laiasing with consultants and clients and weekly and monthly monitoring, updates to management, cost control measures and mitigation methodss. Risk analysis and analysis of EOT etc.
In charge of a team of 8 Planners and also in upgrading their skills in latest planning and controls field.

Responsible for administration on assigned Maintenance / Housing projects with following specific duties:
§ Involved in Project Planning, Scheduling, Progress & Quality Audit Trials for projects
