Contracts Planner.

Maintaining and updating live Contracts progerammes across the UK.

Preparing Highways Tender programmes.

Mentoring Junior Planners.

Preparing Tender Programmes for varoius Highways Schemes.

Maintaining and Managing Contract Programmes for several concurrent Highways Schemes.

The key responsibilities were planning and scheduling of integrated works packages and reactive highways maintenance to ensure client requirements and contract targets are achieved in compliance with the TMA act. Therefore a high standard of robust and transparent programming has to be ensured to enable maximum resource provision.

Project Planning Monitoring and Scheduling for Highway Projects in BOT mode

Planning and controlling projects in Primavera P6 and P5.

Creating OBS(Organizational breakdown structure),EPS(Enterprise project structure), RBS (Resource breakdown structure) and WBS(work breakdown structure),Project portfolio.Preparing initial project plan,specify duration and assigning resources for each activity, controlling project progress and Monitoring.

Will be responsible for project Planning, co-ordination and reporting activities related to the project.
