Including the definition of requirements, scope, assumptions, development phasing, work and asset breakdown and verification and validation regime that result in a safe and affordable design for the High Speed 2 (HS2) and London-West Midlands (LWM) project. As well as managing internal design interfaces between discipline leads & PSC’s Project Coordinators.
