Duties and Responsibilities:
· Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera P6 software.
· Prepares Project Execution Schedule including resource allocation based on project contractual requirement.
· Develops well-defined and properly sequenced work activities in close coordination with the PM PIC.
· Analyzes contract data, establishes well-defined work activities and creates a comprehensive, properly linked CPM schedule.
Creating Master Plan and incorporating subcontractor project plans
Creating and updating Project Plans
Developing recovery programme plan and contingency plans in order to meet change objectives.
