Hebron GBS Project

Responsible for development, control and monitoring of titanium and 6Mo pipe fabrication schedule for Exxon Mobil’s Hebron project. Updating and tracking progress against baseline and reporting on the outputs. Other duties include creating fabrication workpacks, coordinating the coatings process and shipping to ensure timely site delivery. Deputised for the Project Manager during business and vacation absences.

Overall Planning and Reporting responsibility for construction of the Hebron GBS Project in Newfoundland.

Bought in to oversee the development of the Schedule and Reporting systems and transition function to local based employee.
